Required files: a routing/vendor guide PDF and a PO PDF or UTF-8 CSV, each non-empty and no larger than 10 MB, with distinct filenames. PDFs must be no longer than 250 pages and contain searchable text on every page. Scanned or partly scanned PDFs are unsupported; blank pages or pages with fewer than 12 readable text characters are rejected.
